Any industrial facility with a compressed air system may be eligible!

Key eligibility factors:

• Mid to large sized non-residential commercial or industrial facility located within PG&E’s service territory
• Compressed air systems between 100 and 1,000 Hp
• Two or more compressed air systems
• 50-500 employees operating 2 or more shifts, using compressed air 40 or more hours per week
• Must have paid into the Public Goods Charge funds

Key industries:

• Agriculture and food processing
• Heavy industrial (lumber, chemicals, petroleum, stone/clay/glass, primary metals, fab metals, industrial machinery)
• High-tech (electronics)

Self-generating facilities:

Facilities with existing on-site cogeneration or self-generation qualify as long as the energy savings revealed from the systems audit does not exceed the annual energy usage purchased from PG&E.
